He is licensed by the FCC, holding its highest commercial radio and amateur radio licenses. He's also licensed as a telecommunications contractor in California. He's also licensed as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in California, and heads the Kramer Telecom Law Firm, P.C.
Jonathan co-authored, edited, and illustrated the Federal Communications Commission's "A Local Government Official's Guide to Transmitting Antenna RF Emission Safety: Rules, Procedures, and Practical Guidance", a document relied upon by governments and wireless carriers throughout the United States.
