Who We Serve

Since 1984, we've served over 700 local and state government agencies in the U.S., as well as the Army, Navy, and Marine Corp. (We're working on the Air Force and the Coast Guard!) We've also served dozens of private industry clients in the medical, retail, and communications sectors (but we don't work for wireless carriers).

About Us

Kramer.Firm, Inc. is headed by Jonathan Kramer, JD, FSCTE, BTS, BDS, BPS. Jonathan holds multiple FCC licenses, and is a licensed communications contractor in California. He's also an attorney admitted to practice in California (but that's for a different website). Jonathan is assisted by Christy O'Berry, JD, LL.M, PE, as well as Susan Gov.

Our Focus

Government generally retain Kramer.Firm for two services: (1) Governments retain us to provide third-party reviews of wireless site applications and to evaluate RF emissions safety compliance with the FCC rules. For nearly 19 years we've shown governments how to improve wireless projects proposed by carriers, and to make presentations to planning commissions, councils, and boards. (2) We conduct cable TV and broadband system construction safety and transmission quality inspections, generally in connection with franchise renewals and transfers.
